LOFA Industries to Showcase CANplus RTTM Series Control Panels, Featuring the CP640c Control Platform, at CONEXPO-CON/AGG March 10-14, 2020 in Las Vegas

Atlanta-based advanced engine control technology provider to demonstrate next-generation Tier 4 Final and Euro Stage V-compliant manual start control panel at North America’s largest construction trade show

ATLANTA — FEBRUARY 26, 2020LOFA Industries, the Atlanta-based provider of advanced engine control technology, is proud to announce that it will attend CONEXPO-CON/AGG, March 10-14, 2020, in Las Vegas to showcase its latest control platform – the CP640c CANplus RT™ Series Control Panel – at Booth #S84217.

The CP640c is an economical platform for EPA Tier 4F and Euro Stage V electronically governed diesel engines. It features a high-resolution color display, patent-pending QR code diagnostics and a unique Autoramp feature for easy warm-up and cool-down.

Long known for its commitment to creating user-friendly, customizable and reliable control solutions, LOFA continues to add innovative features to its line of products.

“It’s great to be back at CONEXPO-CON/AGG to show attendees our broad product offering, including the CP640c, our next-generation manual start control panel,” said Frank Norris, SVP of Sales. “We’ve packed the CP640c with features that dramatically simplify the operator experience, despite the complexity of Tier 4F and Euro Stage V engines.”

The CP640c is powered by the CANplus RT™ software interface for engine monitoring and control and boasts the 35c high-resolution 3.5” QVGA color display. This backlit display includes an illuminated tactile five-button keypad that is clearly readable in both bright sunlight and total darkness. The five soft keys simplify and enhance the user interface by providing positive tactile feedback when pressed, even when wearing gloves.

All components are housed in a heavy-duty, IP66-rated, vibration-isolated metal enclosure ruggedly designed to withstand the most extreme industrial applications. With its simplified one-touch access to emission status and control, the CP640c can optionally include three bright LEDs to indicate Faults, Warnings and Emission-Related Alerts. Active fault conditions are displayed in plain language on popup messages, and various diagnostic screens allow detailed investigation of the CAN bus data stream. In addition, our patent-pending QR code diagnostic technology directs operators to a web-based portal, providing a wealth of detailed supporting information.

“The CANplus RT™ control panel family, which includes the CP640c, CP800, CP900 and CP1000, offers operators a completely new experience with their machines,” Norris said. “The new platform, leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) communication, provides new control and monitoring capabilities never before seen in our market. This will enable our customers to do things they never thought were possible.”

CONEXPO-CON/AGG is North America’s largest construction trade show. Held every three years in Las Vegas, the massive event features the latest equipment advances and newest technology applications in every aspect of construction. CONEXPO-CON/AGG attracts all segments of the construction and concrete industries, including contractors, materials producers and government and institutional sector officials.
