Should you encounter a product issue, please first contact technical support at 770-569-9828, extension 4. A qualified technician will assist you by asking simple questions in order to determine the failure. We often discover that the problem is engine related or caused by a loose connection, inadequate ground, or sometimes even incorrect system programming. If technical support finds that the product should be shipped in for evaluation, only then will a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued. Please refer to RMA procedure.
