Richard DeVaughn Named to LOFA’s Board of Directors

Richard DeVaughnLOFA Industries, LLC is pleased to announce that Richard DeVaughn has been named to the company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. DeVaughn is currently the President and CEO of Arcadia Group International, a global business consulting firm specializing in productivity management, business transformation and product development process improvement.

Prior to founding Arcadia, Mr. DeVaughn spent eight years at Ingersoll Rand in various engineering leadership roles, including Corporate Vice President of Engineering and Technology for all of Ingersoll Rand’s businesses.

Mr. DeVaughn has also held senior leadership positions in engineering, R&D, manufacturing operations, strategic planning, and business development with Stanley Works, Textron and Ford Motor Company.

Mr. DeVaughn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and a Master’s Degree in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Sloan School of Management.
