Mr. Cureton is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LOFA Industries, as well as the Managing Partner of Hunters Gate Holdings, LOFA’s controlling shareholder. Prior to founding Hunters Gate, Mr. Cureton spent 18 years with middle-market private equity firms in New York. Most recently, Mr. Cureton was a principal with Odyssey Investment Partners and Irving Place Capital, where he sourced, executed and managed private equity investments in a variety of industries. Mr. Cureton received an AB in Economics with honors from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mr. DeVaughn is the President and CEO of Arcadia Group International, a global business consulting firm specializing in productivity management, business transformation and product development process improvement. Prior to Arcadia, Mr. DeVaughn spent eight years at Ingersoll Rand in various engineering leadership roles, including Corporate Vice President of Engineering and Technology for all of Ingersoll Rand’s businesses. Mr. DeVaughn has more than 35 years of industry experience and has also held leadership positions with Stanley Works, Textron, and the Ford Motor Company. Mr. DeVaughn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and a Master’s Degree in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Sloan School of Management.
Mr. Korte is the Chief Financial Officer of Hussmann Corporation. Prior to joining Hussmann, Mr. Korte was an Operating Director at Arcadia Group International. Previously, Mr. Korte spent 15 years as a senior executive at Ingersoll Rand, where his roles included Vice President of Business Development & Strategy for the Industrial Sector, General Manager of the Industrial Refrigeration business and CFO for the Climate Control Technologies Sector. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Mr. Korte was a senior manager with KPMG. Mr. Korte is a graduate of Western Illinois University.
Mr. Norris is the Senior Vice President, OEM Sales of LOFA. Mr. Norris has over 25 years of industry experience, with 17 years of experience in diesel engine sales and application engineering with Industrial Power and Components and WW Williams Company. He joined LOFA in 2003 and focuses today on OEM applications and telemetry product development. Mr. Norris became a member of the Board of Directors in 2005. He has a BS from the College of Engineering at Texas A&M University.
Mr. Rary is the Vice Chairman of LOFA. Mr. Rary has over 30 years of industry experience, including sales and marketing positions with FW Murphy and Detroit Diesel. Previously, he owned and successfully sold a Deutz engine distributorship, Industrial Power & Components, Inc., to Geneva Corporation in 1999. Mr. Rary then founded DPC, a consulting company that provided management consulting services to small businesses. Mr. Rary became CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of LOFA in 2005. He has a BBA from Georgia Southern University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
