DESCRIPTION

The MC536 GEN panel is an extremely powerful microprocessor-based engine monitoring and shutdown system with first-fault indication. This panel has the ability to pinpoint failures in memory via one bright LED. This first-fault feature can monitor battery charge failure, low oil pressure, high temperature and two other auxiliary requirements.

Each panel can be programmed to the customer's unique requirements by using a simple push-button binary code sequence. Some of the programmable features include automatic preheat duration, solenoid type (ETR or ETS), failure indication with shutdown or indication only, over-speed shutdown frequency, start motor disengagement frequency, and switch type normally open or normally closed.

This generator panel is equipped with four 2-1/16" gauge openings and is protected by LOFA's custom-designed Aluflex™ enclosure measuring only 7.625"x11.825"x6". Each MC536 GEN comes standard with five instruments: oil pressure, temperature, voltmeter, hour meter and the Integra 1000 AC generator display.

The sophisticated Integra 1000 with built-in selector switch can display up to 23 generator measurements. The generators parameters are displayed on an easy to read three line LED screen.

All panels are equipped with heavy-duty engine mounting bracket and vibration isolators which are specifically engineered to stabilize the panel under the most extreme industrial conditions. Panels can be custom-made to customer's
specific requirement.
